Principal Keys to Our Success The key to our success as a school is the hard work of my staff and students. My staff is made up of quality people and professionals who truly believe all students can learn regardless of circumstance. We spend a lot of time encouraging and motivating our students to learn. Our students know they have a job to do when they come to school each day, and we have high expectations for every student, every day. We also track the progress of each one of our students in reading and math at monthly grade team meetings. We provide many intervention programs that range from a little academic help, to more intensive help. Our intervention teachers work hard with those students who struggle to learn and they get results. My teachers differentiate instruction in the classroom to meet the needs of low, middle, and high achieving students. We use data to adjust instruction in the classroom and in intervention rooms to meet the needs of our students. Creating a welcoming, loving, supportive, engaging, and high interest school environment is a big part of what we do each day. In short, we really care about our students’ and their future. We have a plan and work the plan each day to make every student successful. Below is a list of state honors and awards Robinwood Lane Elementary School has earned.
