Hi Class,

     I'm so excited to be visiting you from Mrs. Golubic's First Grade Class at Market Street School in Boardman, Ohio. Boardman is outside of Youngstown, Ohio. It is between Cleveland, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was a real bumpy ride in that envelope!

     You can keep me until ___________________. I hope to have lots of great adventures with you. Please record everything you do with me in my journal. I hope you take some pictures of me and the things we do together. When you send me back to Ohio, I hope you send some postcards or other souvenirs of your state. The class will be so excited!

     The boys and girls in Mrs. Golubic's class can't wait until your Stanley visits them. They will do lots of fun things with him. They'll tell him all about Ohio and all about their class, too.
