A big THANK YOU to Sam Boak, of Boak and Sons Inc.! He delivered $500 worth of art supplies to Robinwood Lane Elementary Dec. 2.  Boak &Sons sponsored a Holiday Coloring Contest for all Boardman 1st graders, and the Grand Prize winner was Maurelius Green. He recieved a $25 dollar Handel's gift card and accepted the supplies on Robinwood's TV station as the entire school watched.

One student from each elementary school was chosen as the winner, and received a $25 Handel's gift card.  One overall winner was chosen from the three finalists and was awarded over $500 worth of art supplies for their school.

“All of the employees of Boak & Sons know how important it is to support our local students and teachers, and this was a fun way for us to do so,” said Boak. “There is so much talent in the Boardman Local School District and we want to do our part in fostering those students to be able to grow and learn with all the materials they need. We’re going to use the coloring pages in a special way for our employees to spread Christmas cheer in the office, so everyone gets to enjoy this experience.”

Boak &Sons employees will be receiving the colored pages from the first grade students as Christmas cards at their upcoming Safety Day meeting on Friday, December 6. Extra coloring pages will be used to decorate Boak Offices.
