REMIND 101 graphic

Over the coming weeks, Boardman Local Schools will be implementing REMIND 101, as the official tool for communication between administrators, parents, teachers, coaches, advisors, and students.

With REMIND, educators can send messages instantly from their phone or computers while students and families have the option of receiving messages by text, smartphone app, or email.  Please read on for more details about how to use REMIND and how to delete old accounts.

Anyone who has used REMIND in the past, will receive a MESSAGE from the district asking that you remove yourself from any old accounts.

an example for the High School reads as follows:

Boardman High School is excited to be using Remind for school wide communication starting soon.

We will be creating official accounts for any current student and family members using available contact information we have on file.

If you or your child are no longer at the High School and to prevent you from getting unwanted messages from the High School— PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE  “@leave @morahoo” to this text message.

If you are using the Remind app, you can go to your account settings and click “Leave” next to your school name. Learn more about this process here: https://bit.ly/2hIkW1A. Thank you!
