WEST BLVD. ELEMENTARY NOMINATED FOR ANOTHER NATIONAL BLUE RIBBON AWARD national blue ribbon graphic

The Boardman Local School District is thrilled that the Ohio Department of Education has nominated West Boulevard Elementary for a National Blue Ribbon Award--one of only 14 schools nominated from the state of Ohio.  West Blvd. was a National Blue Ribbon School winner in 2011, so this second time nomination is very exciting!

DISTRICT ANNOUNCES 'REMIND' AS OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION TOOL REMIND 101 graphic

Over the coming weeks, Boardman Local Schools will be implementing REMIND 101, as the official tool for communication between administrators, parents, teachers, coaches, advisors, and students.  

With REMIND, educators can send messages instantly from their phone or computers while students and families have the option of receiving messages by text, smartphone app, or email.  Please read on for more details about how to use REMIND and how to delete old accounts.

 Boardman Local Schools has been awarded Ohio’s Parent Mentor Project grant from The Ohio Department of Education!  

This $25,000 grant allows Boardman Local Schools to hire a part-time parent mentor to provide free support and resources to families of children with disabilities.   If you are interested in applying for the position, please read on.

West Boulevard Elementary is still buzzing with excitement ...DaJuan was one of 32 kids to run onto the Super Bowl field to open the big game.  His football skills won him the chance.
