FACILITY RENTAL

The Board of Education welcomes the best use of the district's physical facilities for the residents of Boardman.  Use of facilities by both school and student connected activities, as well as by community organizations  and groups is encouraged.  The use of school facilities for educational and recreational purposes, public meetings and entertainment by outside agencies is permitted.  

 

NOTE: 

The use of buildings and facilities to fulfill the educational objectives of the school district shall have preference over all requests.

Due to the current COVID situation and  the continued efforts for social distancing,  NO Community Rental Requests will be accepted at this time.  We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to serving community requests as soon as we are able.

Persons and organizations requesting to use Boardman Local Schools' facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance, IRS Letter of Determination (proof of non-profit designation) and a completed W-9, if applicable, before rental requests can be submitted.
