In these unprecedented times, we are trying very hard to communicate with our entire Spartan Family.  Just a few quick suggestions to get your questions and concerns answered as promptly as possible.


  • The District is monitoring phone lines at each building from 8 AM until Noon Daily.


  • If you do not get in touch with a person when you call, Please Leave a Message. Those messages will be checked and someone will return your call.


  • If you are trying to reach a teacher--Email will get the quickest response. We have asked our teachers to be easily accessible during their normal school hours. You and your child should expect a quick response during those times.  However, we want our staff to be able to have quality family and instruction planning time.  Therefore response time to questions and help may be delayed after normal school hours. 


  • If you are still having difficulty receiving instruction packets or with online instruction--NOW is the time to reach out to your building principal (building main office number).  We are solving these logistics/technology problems on a case-by-case basis.


Also, we are receiving many phone calls about food donations and distributions. Please contact your building if you can not find answers to your questions on the Boardman Local Schools Website.
