During a recent visit home, BHS graduate and NFL player Corey Linsley took time to visit with more than 60 members of the Spartan football team. Linsley worked out in the weight room at Spartan Stadium, and stayed later to talk with our young Spartans. His message was about giving it your all--on the football field, in the classroom, in whatever you do. Linsley talked about work ethic, passion, and pride.
Linsley graduated from BHS in 2009, played for Ohio State, and was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2014. This year he was named as a first team AP NFL All-Pro, and was also nominated for the Walter Peyton Man of the Year Award for his excellence on and off the field. Spartan Nation is proud of Corey's accomplishments and appreciates all he does for Boardman.
