District Mental Health and Behavior Supports

Alta Behavioral Healthcare is a nonprofit organization focused on providing the highest quality of professional mental health care to children and families. Alta Counselors provide support to our building counselors and staff to assess individual student needs for counseling interventions beyond those provided by schools.

Alta provides services to our three elementary schools, as well as BCIS and BHS.

Alta Counselors can assist with:

HWS Best Health Counseling

HWS Best Health Counseling has renewed its partnership with the Boardman School District to offer counseling services for the 2023-24 academic year.

HWS services are available at Center Intermediate, Glenwood Jr. High, and Boardman High School.

Our team can assist with:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma/Loss
  • Family Conflict
