Boardman Subaru Donates $10,000 to Glenwood Teachers

Every Boardman classroom at Glenwood Junior High got a boost on Wednesday, September 4.  As part of the Subaru Loves Learning Initiative and in collaboration with AdoptAClassroom.org, Subaru is adopting 49 classrooms at Boardman Glenwood Junior High and providing a $10,000 donation.

That's approximately $200 each- to these Glenwood teachers to purchase something on their classroom wish list. In addition, Rob Fellman and his team delivered  20 pre-made Boardman Subaru supply kits that include pens, pencils, markers, dry erase markers, earbuds, wipes and more to start off the new school year.

“This is the 7th year that Boardman Subaru has partnered with Boardman Glenwood Junior High.  Over the years Rob Fellman and his team have brought us box loads of school supplies, science books, and generous help with our natural habitat garden right here in the school courtyard,” said BGJHS Principal Lori McCreery. “It has made a great difference for our staff and students.”
