Congratulations to BHS Boys Cross Country Coach, John Phillips, for earning the AAC Coach of the Year(Boys Sports) for Fall 2024⭐️

This award goes to the coach of a (Fall) Boy’s sport who led their team in a manner that exhibited excellence and success in their sport as well as outstanding leadership qualities during the (Fall) season. Each school nominated one of their respective coaches whom they felt showed all of these qualities while leading their team on their respective field or arena of play.

Congratulations to BHS Girls Cross Country Coach, Luke Gidorkis, for earning the AAC Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity Award for Coaches (Girls Sports) for Fall 2024⭐️

Coaches selected reflect the values of sportsmanship, ethics and integrity through their professional responsibilities and serve as role models for student-athletes and others while coaching a girl's sport. These individuals also display a high level of class and professionalism in all they do. Following this high standard demonstrates being a strong role model, resulting in student athletes making positive choices and displaying a high level of sportsmanship on and off the court/playing field.
