All students who will participate in the Before & After Care Program at Boardman MUST fill out a NEW program packet.  This new packet can be found on the district website  or at your particular school office.  Click Here for the Packet.  Last year's form is no longer valid.

NEW THIS YEAR: 

There are some changes in the new packet and all parents/guardians must sign off on those changes.  The first is that all paperwork must be in before your child can attend the program. 

Ideally, we would ask that the packets be turned in during Staggered Start week (August 21-23).

This will enable us to have all paperwork completed by the start of the program, Monday, August 26.

Another change this year is that your child's balance must be paid weekly in order for them to remain in the program. 

REMINDER: There is no before/after care the week of staggered starts, August 21,22, 23.  The program officially begins on Monday, August 26.
