SAVE THE DATE: Boardman Kindergarten Kickoff is February 19

Save the Date! Boardman's  Kindergarten Kickoff is set for

Thursday, February 19 from 5-7 PM!!

There will be plenty of fun for the kids with games and activities including a Spartan Swag Bag & photos with Sparty. Parents will learn more about our three  National Blue Ribbon elementary schools, as we welcome them to the Spartan family! 

Kindergarten Kickoff will be held at Boardman High School at 7777 Glenwood Avenue. Boardman families are invited to stop in anytime between 5-7 PM, but please note, an informational presentation from principals and staff is set for 5:45 until 6:15.  

This program allows you to ask questions you may have from school lunches and busing, to how do I know whether my child is ready for kindergarten?  It will also get you ready for our official in-person registration on March the 5th at our three elementary buildings. 

Boardman is extremely proud of our administrators, teachers and staff. Our High School student volunteers will be entertaining the kids, and this will allow parents to also get a glimpse of the many opportunities for Spartans K-12! We all look forward to answering your questions. 

** You must reside in Boardman and your child must turn five by our first day of school in August, 2026, to enroll in Boardman Kindergarten. Official In person registration is Thursday, March 5,  at the District's three elementary buildings.
