Strategic Plan Update: School Board Approves Plan August 25

The Boardman Local School leadership team sincerely thanks the students, staff, parents, community members, administrators, and Board of Education who shared their time and insights throughout the comprehensive and collaborative strategic planning process.

More than 1,400 survey respondents, as well as 10 focus groups participated during the second half of the 2024-25 school year. 

On August 25, 2025 the Boardman Board of Education approved the following Strategic Plan. It will serve as a roadmap for the future of Boardman Schools, guiding decisions on academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and overall student success for years to come. 

This document is also considered a "living" document--meaning it is a dynamic and flexible roadmap that is regularly reviewed and updated to adapt to changing circumstances. 

As a living document, a school's strategic plan is continuously evolving to stay relevant to its goals, priorities, and the needs of Boardman's students and community.
