Dear BCIS Families,
As you are aware, Governor DeWine, has mandated the closing of all schools throughout the state of Ohio until Friday, April 3rd. The intent is to implement social distancing in an attempt to promote the safety of our community.
In that same spirit, our staff has put forth great effort in creating online opportunities to promote instruction. BCIS families can access this instruction by logging on to the Boardman Local School District website at https://www.boardman.k12.oh.us/
Once you access the site, go to Boardman Center Intermediate School and click on the AT HOME EDUCATION link. This link will open up grade level information for you and your child.
In addition to visiting the website, all teachers will be reaching out to families through a variety of the following: Google Classroom, email, Kahoot, class Dojo, remind 101, phone/video conferencing or progress book.
For those families that may not have access to the internet, you may stop by the main entrance at BCIS and pick up a packet prepared by our staff. You can do so on Monday, March 16th between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Once again, our primary means of communication and instruction during this time will be the online version accessible through the district website.
Our office will be open for any questions that you may have between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM Monday through Friday until school resumes.
Principal Randy Ebie
