Good afternoon Boardman Glenwood Junior High Family. 

Here are a few important bits of information for the coming weeks. Please Note: all of this information will be posted to the Boardman Local Schools website for your convenience.

  • Locker clean out and school material returns for Glenwood will be scheduled between May 27th and June 1st. There will be online signups that you can access on the Boardman Glenwood Junior High School page of the Boardman Local School website. These signups are exactly like signing up for parent-teacher conferences.  Please sign up for a day and time to clean out lockers and return materials. There are 15 slots available per half hour. Those individuals coming to the school should only come during their time slot and should be wearing masks. Also, proper social distancing guidelines should be followed. You will enter through Door 1 and exit through Door 19.  Tables for returned materials will be located outside the cafeteria please make sure your materials are labeled with the student’s name. Any track uniforms or other materials that need to be picked up will be on a table at door 19.  

  •  The District will be transitioning to a Pass/Fail report for the 4th nine weeks in grades K - 8. For details on how this may affect specific students please visit the Glenwood page of the Boardman local schools website.    

  • Instructional Calendar: 

    • New instruction will continue through May 22nd. 

    • May 26th - May 29th will be designated for makeup work. 

    • Grades will be submitted June 3rd 

    • Report cards will be mailed June 8th 

  • Parents that paid an Athletic fee for track will be refunded sometime in the month of June.
