BHS Senior is Awarded J.L. Francis Scholarship
Boardman High School senior, Austin Ward is among a select group of graduating seniors from Mahoning County to be awarded a $1,000 J.L. Francis Scholarship at a special breakfast ceremony at the ESC of Eastern Ohio on May 12.

Boardman Awarded Grant to Bring Back After School Cooking Classes
The grant will help reinstitute the former "Tot Chef" program-where elementary students learn to make their own nutritious food. They cut, prepare, cook, and even clean up the dishes.
