Boardman Local Schools is excited to welcome the next class of Spartans and encourages parents and guardians to begin the kindergarten registration process now for the 2026–2027 school year.
To be eligible, children must be 5 years old on or before August 26, 2026, and families must be residents of the Boardman Local School District.
Families are also reminded that the district’s popular Success By Six kindergarten readiness program is filling up quickly. This free, three-week United Way Program helps prepare incoming kindergarten students for a successful start to their school experience. Space is limited.
How to Register
Step One:
Complete your student’s initial registration by entering your information into FinalForms.
All required documents—except the birth certificate and custody papers—should be uploaded during this step. Families can also access step-by-step guidance for completing FinalForms.
Step Two:Once your online forms are submitted, contact the Enrollment Office at (330) 259-7189 to schedule an appointment. During this visit, you will provide any remaining documentation and finalize your child’s registration.
Getting started early ensures your child is ready for a strong and confident beginning to their educational journey in Boardman Schools. Families are encouraged to complete the process soon to secure their child’s spot and explore readiness opportunities like Success By Six.
