Boardman School District welcomes parents to its annual Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-27 school year on Thursday, March 5. Registration will take place in the morning, from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM and in the afternoon from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at each of the District’s elementary schools.
1ST STEP in the Process: Enrollment forms are online at FinalForms. Registration begins online. Parents should go to http://boardman-oh.finalforms.com and complete the forms to begin the enrollment process. Required documents should also be uploaded prior to March 5. 2ND STEP: In Person on March 6: Parents/guardians should complete your child’s registration in person, held at each of the district’s three elementary schools. If you are not certain which building your child should attend, you can call the Enrollment Office at 330-259-7189.
Custodial Parent/guardian must be residents in the Boardman Local School District. Your child must reach age 5 on or before August 26, 2026. Your child need not be with you to register.
Parents/guardians should bring your child's original birth certificate with raised seal, and any custody papers if applicable to the in-person registration. The additional documents listed below are needed, but should be uploaded online on FinalForms in advance.
Proof of immunization. (proof of your child's immunization is a physician's statement or immunization card with dates entered)
At least two proofs of residency forms (i.e. homeowner’s tax statement, utility bill, purchase/rental agreement, etc.) -these must be dated within the last 30 days
Parent/guardian photo ID
