Dom Theodore

Boardman, OH — Boardman High School proudly announces that senior Dominic Theodore will continue his academic and athletic career at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, where he will compete in cross country and track and field while majoring in Sport Management.

A four-year member of the Spartan Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Track & Field programs, Theodore has been a key contributor during one of the most successful periods in program history. He helped lead the Spartans to three consecutive Mahoning County and All-American Conference (AAC) Championships, three straight OHSAA Regional appearances, and back-to-back team qualifications for the OHSAA State Championships.

A four-time varsity letter winner, Theodore ranks 18th all-time in program history with a personal-best cross country time of 16:11 and has earned multiple All-County and All-League honors. He is also a two-time Academic All-Ohioan, maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher at the time of the state meet.

In track and field, Theodore has competed at the OHSAA District Championships and holds personal bests of 4:49 in the 1600 meters and 10:07 in the 3200 meters.

Beyond athletics, Theodore is active in History Club, Quiz Bowl, Big Spartan Little Spartan, and Orchestra, and serves as treasurer of both National Honor Society and Orchestra.
