Stadium Drive Elementary’s annual used book sale is back—and it’s one of our favorite traditions. Librarian, Mrs. Murphy came up with the idea several years ago, and it's led to so much GOOD!
Over the past few months, more than 1,000 gently used books were donated, giving students plenty to choose from this week. From favorites like Junie B. Jones and Captain Underpants to chapter books and even how-to guides like learning sign language, there was something for every reader.
Students could pick out up to four books for just $1 each—and best of all, they went home with books to keep and enjoy.
Even better, the money raised will help support several Stadium Drive families through the Spartan family. That’s the kind of story we love.
